LTC Community Impacts Consultation events

Highways England will be holding public information events, outdoor information events, and webinars as part of their Lower Thames Crossing Community Impacts Consultation events.  The consultation runs for 8 weeks from Weds 14th July through to Weds 8th September 2021 inclusive.

It is noted on their leaflets that as government guidance is updated, access to these venues may change.

You can check the HE website www.highwaysengland.co.uk/ltcconsultation or call them on 0300 123 5000 for up-to-date information.

We at TCAG will do our best to update if and when we learn of any changes, but please do double check before attempting to attend any locations.

Highways England have announced the following with regard to what to expect for COVID-19 safety and well-being at consultation events:

  • Do not travel or come to an event if you have COVID-19 symptoms
  • Check their page before you travel – their events may change if the venue or their staff are affected by a local outbreak
  • Please wear a mask – for your safety and theirs, they strongly encourage the wearing of face masks at their indoor events
  • Keep a safe distance – during busy times they may control entry to make sure you have space to see the materials and speak to the team safely
