The LTC Minor Refinements Consultation launched at 00:01 on Weds 17th May and will run until 23:59 on Mon 19th June 2023. Here we provide info on taking part.

The LTC Minor Refinements Consultation materials have been released on the National Highways website at 00:01 on Weds 17th May 2023.
There is a single consultation document, and response form, and online response form on the website. A limited amount of physical paper copies will be available upon request, by either emailing info@lowerthamescrossing.co.uk or calling 0300 123 5000.
Unlike previous consultations NH have advised there will not be any consultation events for this consultation. Instead if you have any questions you will need to email info@lowerthamescrossing.co.uk or phone: 0300 123 5000.
For those online please do try to help out those who are not online by alerting them to the fact there is a consultation, and help them get copies of the consultation materials if they need a helping hand. Together we are stronger! Thanks
How to have your say
You can submit your responses to the LTC Minor Refinements Consultation in the following ways. Please remember that response submitted in any other way may not be taken into account.
Consultation responses submitted through social media will not be considered.

If you would prefer to have a printed copy of the consultation document and response form, as well as a pre-paid return envelope, these are available to order free of charge (one pack per household), using one of the following methods:

Send a printed response form or print out the response form and post to the following address:

Unless using a pre-paid envelope supplied by National Highways, respondents are required to pay appropriate delivery charges for responses sent to this address.
Mailed responses postmarked up to and including 20th June 2023 will be accepted.
National Highways cannot guarantee that responses sent to any other address will be received.
