Responses to Secretary of State second deadline

The Secretary of State issued a second consultation letter requesting information from The Applicant (National Highways), Natural England, Kent County Council, the London Borough of Havering, Thurrock Council, the Crown Estate, the Duchy of Lancaster, the operators of Whitecroft Care Home, Network Rail, Port of Tilbury London Ltd., Port of London Authority, HS1 Ltd., Essex Wildlife Trust and other interested parties.

Responses to this letter should be submitted no later than 23.59 on 2nd May 2024 (unless otherwise specified to specific parties in the consultation letter).
