Brandon Groves Meeting
Thames Crossing Action Group held the Brandon Groves meeting on Sunday 10th Sept 2017 to update the community regarding the latest news on the Thames Crossing.
Thank you to everyone who showed up for this meeting. We estimate around 140-150 of you turned up for this from all over the borough, and even some from outside the borough. It was good to see some regular faces, but also quite a lot of new ones too. Spreading the word and getting as many as possible involved is so important.
George gave a presentation with updates on the route, including option A14, the new Council Task Force, and our plan of action. The afternoon finished with a lengthy question and answer session which we hope everyone found interesting and beneficial.
Many signed up to receive updates, if you weren’t at the meeting and/or haven’t subscribed to our newsletter please do so at www.thamescrossingactiongroup.com/contact-us/.
We would like to say a big thank you to the committee at Brandon Groves Community Club for supporting us and letting us use their great venue for the meeting, it is much appreciated.
Also big thanks to the volunteers who helped spread the word about the meeting delivering thousands of leaflets around the borough.
